Chris is in the National Guard, deployed to the southern border for 450 days. He couldn’t be home for Christmas. His wife, Nicole, is home raising 3 children by herself. We stopped by with the surprises to help this young family.

Mr. Shearin (77) served in the Navy from 1960-1963, reserves for 6 months, and went back to full-time Navy until 1973. Shearin and his 75-year old wife are guardians of their 7-year old great-grandson. They became homeless due to foreclosure on their house, and their funds had run out for their hotel.
